The good location was next to St Mary the Virgin Church. The hotel was set 500 metres from the bus stop. The rooms were new-fashioned and neat, with all my requirements.

There were good beds and central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk inside the room.

Incredible and unbeatable location, good to stay here if eating in the Woodspeen restaurant nearby. Also - really close to outskirts of Newbury, Swindon, Donnington Castle and Newbury and Newbury Racecourse.  

Pleasant pet-friendly hotel for 1 night in Newbury. Amazingly efficient and attentive personnel with good service. Ideal, excellent location in the very very nice area. Besides, very convenient to The Ladywell at Speen. A very comfortable restaurant 

Truly enjoyed our great-sized and compact room with all my requirements. The breakfast was hot and the team was super-friendly. The hotel had a particularly good location next to St Mary the Virgin Church.  

The staff was very amiable and attentive all the time. My large and lovely little room came with comfy beds, TV, as for instance. The provided service was efficient.

Excellent friendly and efficient staff with good service, which was unquestionably a plus. The location seemed excellent up to then everything was brilliant. Moreover, it's just off town centre and racecourse.  

It was a perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip, strongly recommend this place. Every detail of the hotel was lovely, all the staff were genuinely helpful. The location met standards, it was perfect and comfortable on the outskirts 

The location for Newbury was excellent and very pretty, next to the beer garden, the Newbury town centre and the communal areas. The breakfast was hot and included.

My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was great-sized with all my requirements. It had particularly good and fab location, not far from the Woodspeen restaurant, and outskirts of Newbury.

I had a really comfortable and stress-free stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was lovely, with

We enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast was warm and offered a good choice of options. The location was magnificent and ideal, really close to the center of Newbury and the Watermill Theatre. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 10 mins 

Had excellent 1 night in this hotel that's why I loved that. The double room I got was complete with TV and powerful shower plus large wardrobe.

The service at this pet-friendly hotel was efficient. It was sincerely a very pleasant stay with especially helpful staff.
